Can I order a sample first?
Yes. After reviewing the design, size and fabric, we confirm the sample fee and timeline before starting.
Can you add my own labels and packaging?
We support labels, hangtags, selected logo applications and custom packaging after artwork and specifications are confirmed.
How long does production take?
The schedule depends on design complexity, material availability and order quantity. We confirm sampling and production timelines after reviewing your request.
Do you support international shipments?
Courier, air and sea freight can be considered depending on the destination, volume, urgency and agreed shipping terms.
